Our client is a well known independent firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Surveyors. With strong and encouraging levels of workflow, they are urgently recruiting for the below areas / patches.

Their model is based on private instructions, in the form of Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys (non lender work)

The Person and Role:

  • MRICS or AssocRICS
  • VRS Registered (or eligible for VRS)
  • Expect to carry out a range of Homebuyer Reports (Level 2)and Building Surveys (Level 3)
  • Targets are sensible, as well as a tight concentrated geographical patch.
  • Expect a bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension and healthcare.
  • High quality and low volume
  • Great sense of work / life balance

*Basic salaries in the region of£50,000 / £60,000* (depending on experience) plus car allowance, pension / healthcareandbonus scheme, OTE in the region of £75,000 / £80,000
