An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our well-established, multi-disciplinary practice operating across the Southwest and Southeast Wales. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Commercial Surveyor to join our team, working flexibly across our network of offices.
Knowledge and experience in a combination of the below:
- Commercial sales and lettings
- Commercial management
- Valuations
- Lease renewal and rent review negotiations
- Development
Candidate profile:
- MRICS qualified, with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
- Strong technical competence across core areas of commercial surveying
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property-related software systems
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
