Are you looking to join a reputable, leading, award winning estate agency? We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our clients growing team in Mansfield, working in a very busy lettings department your day will be varied and fun.

As a key player in their lettings team, you will be responsible for facilitating property viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the lettings process.

What do you need as a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Ideally 1 year experience in Lettings or Property Management
  • High level of customer service
  • Good telephone manner and a positive attitude
  • Able to commute to Mansfield and surrounding areas
  • Valid drivers licence

What to expect as a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Earn £40k+ OTE
  • Guarantee for the first 3-6 months
  • Minimum £500 per month Commission
  • Monday - Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9-1
  • Car required (mileage per mile)
  • Career development and training
