The IT Adviser - Office Based and After 3 months probation - Hybrid This role is 3 prong, IT Support, Data Analysis and Training Support financial advisory firms by delivering technology assistance, data analysis, and software training to ensure effective use of systems and high-quality client outcomes.

The role combines technical support, system implementation, training delivery, and contribution to ongoing system improvements, while maintaining strong compliance standards and a focus on adviser and client needs.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date training manuals and supporting documentation.
  • Demonstrate system functionality to potential new Financial Advisory Firms.
