We are looking for an experienced operator for back-end groundworks on a very fast-moving site in Great Park. You will be working on new build developments doing:
- Draining & service runs
- Footings & foundations
- Backfill & grading
- Kerb prep & finishing
- Working to levels & drawings
This is a busy site, so you need to be quick, confident, and know your job inside out.
Must-have:
- Solid experience on 9t / 8–10t excavators
- Proven background in groundworks / back-end building works
- Can work efficiently on fast-moving sites
- Valid PCS / NPORS 360 Excavator Ticket
- CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker preferred)
- Own transport / reliable way to get to Great Park site
- Hard working, reliable, and safety conscious
Pay & Details:
- Pay: £20 – £23 per hour (depending on experience/tickets)
- On the books – full PAYE employment
- Hours: 8.00am – 4.00pm Mon–Thu / 8.00am – 3.00pm Fri
- Long-term work available
