We are looking for a solicitor to join our Court of Protection team. This role can be tailored to suit the successful candidate, with opportunities to undertake solely Court of Protection (Health and Welfare) work or a combination of Court of Protection and Mental Health Tribunal work.
We are seeking a solicitor with experience of managing a Court of Protection (Health and Welfare) caseload. Experience of Mental Health Tribunal work would be advantageous but is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected team working in a highly specialised area of law, supporting vulnerable individuals and helping them access justice and appropriate representation.
Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered. We also offer hybrid working, providing flexibility between office and home working.
