Teacher responsibilities include:
- Teach lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
- Creating and distributing educational content
- Preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements
- Providing knowledge and instruction to students while helping them develop their personalities and skills
- Cultivating the students’ interest in education and being their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development
- Collaborating with Senior teachers, Administrators and other stakeholders and participating in regular meetings
- Maintaining teaching and learning documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a teacher (Essential)
- Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures (Essential)
- Creative and energetic (Essential)
- Degree in your chosen field of study (Essential)
- Formal training as a teacher (AET, DET, PGCE) (Desirable)
- Membership at the society for education and training (Desirable)
- QTLS, QTS, ATS or Chartered Teacher Status (Desirable)
Salary: (to be pro rata if part-time): £40.00-£45.00 per hour (inclusive of annual holiday entitlement/pay)
Auto-Enrolment Pension Scheme: Royal London Workplace Pension Scheme (4% employer contribution and a 4% employee contribution)
Contract type: Fixed Term, Term Time Only
Probation: 3 Months
Annual Leave Entitlement: Term Time Only
