We're currently looking for a Store Manager to join our Loughton store on a 12-month fixed term contract.
What you'll do
- Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive store performance through strong leadership, coaching and engagement.
- Maintain the highest standards across customer experience, store presentation and operations.
- Be hands-on on the shop floor, leading from the front with customers and colleagues.
- Manage resources, sales performance and continuous store improvement.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through a personalised and premium service approach.

- Previous retail management experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering premium experiences.
- Experience within optics, luxury retail, or another service-led environment would be advantageous.
- A confident, people-focused leader with strong emotional intelligence.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive business performance.
- Passion for service excellence, coaching teams and creating a great customer experience.
