What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver premium customer service.
- Drive store performance through strong leadership, coaching and engagement.
- Maintain exceptional standards across service, store presentation and operations.
- Be hands-on on the shop floor, leading from the front with customers and colleagues.
- Manage resources, sales performance and continuous store improvement.
