We're growing our Wokingham team and looking for a brilliant Lettings Negotiator who brings energy, humour, ambition and a genuine passion for people.
You'll be right at the heart of our lettings operation, helping landlords find great tenants and helping tenants find somewhere they can call home.
From the first phone call to the final set of keys, you'll play a vital role in making the whole experience feel straightforward, personal and enjoyable.

- Making connections: Build genuine relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants. People buy into people, and we want you to make every interaction count.
- Matching people with properties: Listen, ask the right questions and find the right homes for the right people.
- Showing properties off: Conduct viewings with enthusiasm, confidence and a real understanding of what makes each property special.
- Negotiating the DC way: Handle offers confidently, negotiate fairly and work hard to get deals agreed.
- Making things happen: Follow up leads, chase feedback, manage your pipeline and keep applications moving.
- Delivering the details: Help progress lets through to completion, maintain accurate records and follow the relevant lettings procedures and legislation.
- Being commercially switched on: Work towards targets, spot opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
- Being a brilliant teammate: Share ideas, support your colleagues and celebrate the wins — big and small.

You'll ideally be:
- A people person who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
- A natural communicator who can chat confidently with anyone, from first-time renters to experienced landlords.
- A negotiator at heart who enjoys finding solutions and getting a great result.
- Driven and determined with a healthy competitive streak and the motivation to hit targets.
- Organised and proactive because following things through matters just as much as starting them.
- Positive and resilient who doesn't let a challenging day knock them off course.
- A team player who brings energy, humour and a willingness to muck in.
- Keen to learn and interested in developing a long‑term career in property.
Property experience would be great, but it's not everything. If you've got the right attitude, the right personality and the drive to succeed, we'll be interested in talking to you. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to property appointments are essential.

THE PRACTICAL BITS
Location: Wokingham
Working hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: Competitive basic salary, with commission and bonus opportunities to be confirmed.
Experience: Previous lettings or property experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and personality are just as important.
