The ideal candidate will be responsible for all areas of HR Generalist within a robust and growing European organization. Key focuses will be managing the global payroll alongside a 3rd party provider, whilst being the go-to person for any ER or recruitment hires across various regions and working tactically to ensure the business continues to thrive and operate whilst going through growth & change. This 12-month fixed term contract will require someone with extensive working knowledge of the varying compliance across a number of different payroll entities to include but not limited to France, Germany & Spain. You will also oversee all recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with the company's SLT in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and troubleshoot all payroll queries, discrepancies and variances across 12 countries within the EU, understanding varying compliances and laws by region.
  • Working with a third-party payroll bureau, you will need to be incredibly reactive/proactive to resolve day to day issues.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
  • Lead and manage/mentor any required areas of ER (minimal) & Transformation.
  • Manage all Comps & Bens for the business across Europe.
  • Ensure complete compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
  • Manage a small team of HR Coordinators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resource within a Generalist capacity for an international organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work tactically, being hands on across all areas.

This is an immediate opportunity offered on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
