The ideal candidate will be responsible for all areas of HR Generalist within a robust and growing international organization. Key focuses will be managing the global payroll alongside a 3rd party provider, managing and leading Employee Relations, managing and driving all recruitment hires across various regions and working tactically to ensure the business continues to thrive and operate whilst going through growth and acquisition. This 12-month fixed term contract will require someone with extensive working knowledge of the varying compliance across a number of different payroll entities. You will also oversee all recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's SLT in order to help them with their human resource needs.
- Oversee and troubleshoot all payroll queries, discrepancies and variances across 11 countries within EMEA and ROW understanding varying compliances and laws by region
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Lead and manage/mentor all areas of ER
- Manage all Comps
