Our client is a privately owned Executive Search Firm with ambitious plans for growth. They are positioned as one of the leading firms in Europe for senior Finance appointments. This new role would be working for the Head of Marketing and supporting a robust and professional team of consultants within a Marketing capacity. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Head of Marketing to deliver integrated marketing campaigns to raise awareness and generate leads for our Executive Search business. Support the delivery of the marketing plan by creating email marketing campaigns using CRM and email marketing systems to share newsletters, support business development and brand awareness. Monitor and report on campaign performance, analysing engagement and conversions to recommend improvements and propose new tactics to the Head of Marketing. Act as the main point of contact for the firm’s website, support SEO-related activity including keyword research and monitor inbound enquiries from the site. Execute a social content calendar for marketing campaigns, job adverts, company awareness and industry thought leadership. Enhance social media engagement by growing followers and improving content quality. Work with Partners, designers and copywriters to develop content for newsletters and articles to share with clients and prospects. Qualifications/Experience: The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role within B2B environment. Experience working within a similar role Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills. Excellent eye for creative assets. Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and social media analytics. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders, managing deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Basic understanding of design and creative software. They are looking for a long-term permanent appointment. You must have a positive can-do attitude, be mature, energetic, resilient and articulate.
