Helen Lucas Architects are looking for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who will fit into our friendly studio in Edinburgh, with an enthusiasm to work on a wide variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate, dedicated and hardworking and have an interest in a wide range of projects.
Our work takes us across multiple contexts, both rural and urban, throughout Scotland and beyond, and frequently engages with repurposing listed and historically sensitive buildings. We work closely with our clients, so excellent communication skills are essential.
We operate a collaborative and supportive studio with staff wellbeing at its core and pride ourselves on our friendly working environment.
For this role, skills in hand drawing and physical model making is of particular interest to us as these are tools we often use with our clients.
