We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Operative to support the day-to-day upkeep of our machinery, equipment, and facilities across our Albrighton site. Working as part of a small team, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, supporting both routine and reactive maintenance activities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs on production machinery and equipment
- Assist with reactive maintenance and breakdowns
- Maintain and service small plant and tools (e.g. strimmers, hedge cutters, leaf blowers, diesel engines and basic electrics)
- Complete general facilities maintenance across the site
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous maintenance experience in a production, manufacturing, or facilities environment
- Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Awareness of health and safety practices
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Good problem-solving skills
