About You

You possess good administrative skills, great communication skills as well as attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Send Terms & Conditions for all instructions.
- Review and check proof of funds for all purchases (mortgage and cash).
- Complete AML checks for all instructions.
- Complete AML checks for all transacting buyers.
- Initiate communication with sellers and buyers to organise solicitor leads and manage timeframes.
- Weekly meetings with the sales team to lead pipeline updates and client care.
- Assist the sales team to ensure knowledge and standards are withheld.
- Manage the full sales progression and related chains.
- Update both clients and buyers weekly via phone and email.
- Regularly operate and update the CRM system.
- Follow up pre-completions checks.
- Create and maintain a post completion process including congratulation gifts, anniversary gifts and check ins.
- Liaise with Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Vendors and Purchasers providing an open line of communication and ensuring issues are resolved.
- Producing Weekly and Monthly reports to Sales Director.
- Monthly/Quarterly meetings with the Sales Director to discuss future plans and improvements to the operation.
- Operate within the office to the acknowledged standards of the company.
- Promote and maintain David Astburys reputation, upholding company values and culture.
- Make an effective introduction of all ancillary services that the company may have to offer from time to time both directly and via introduction to Client Services Department.
- Send invoices to solicitors and follow up through to payment.
