Join #TeamDA as a Trainee Will Writer. We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join our Wills and Probate team as a Trainee Will Writer. This role offers the chance to build a rewarding career in estate planning, developing the technical knowledge and practical skills required to support clients with important life planning decisions.

Working alongside experienced specialists, you will gain hands-on experience in will writing and estate planning while contributing to the continued growth of the David Allen Wills service. About the Role

As a Trainee Will Writer, you will support the effective administration and day-to-day operation of the Wills and Probate department. You will assist with preparing and registering Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other estate planning documents, ensuring that all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

You will communicate regularly with clients and external parties, maintaining clear and professional correspondence while ensuring client records are kept up to date and managed securely in line with data protection standards. Working closely with the Estates Planning team, you will develop your knowledge of estate planning legislation and best practice, enabling you to deliver a professional and client-focused service.

Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a commitment to high standards will be key to success in this role. You will manage your workflow carefully to meet deadlines while supporting the wider team to ensure excellent service for every client.
