Aims and Purposes of the Job
As an IT Technician, you will work as part of a dynamic frontline services team to deliver excellent support to the David Allen IT Solutions clients, ensuring that their business IT systems empower them to work efficiently with minimal downtime. Not only will you be instrumental in resolving customer support requests and helping deploy end user hardware, but you will also have the opportunity to take ownership of deployment and project tasks. These tasks will be allocated to you by the Service Desk or Project Manager actioning these projects to resolution.
