About The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to our Financial Services team, helping to deliver an efficient, accurate and client focused service. Working closely with colleagues, clients and providers, you will support the day to day running of the department by managing client information, arranging appointments, maintaining records and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulatory requirements.
Your Role Will Include
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintaining accurate records
- Arranging client appointments and managing team diaries
- Liaising with clients, providers and colleagues in a professional manner
- Updating and maintaining client information within back office systems
- Supporting the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks
- Assisting with fee reconciliations and general departmental administration
