Responsibilities
Deliver accountancy and corporation tax services to a range of business enterprises, ensuring high quality, compliant and efficient services through excellent customer service and communication.
Effectively manage the operation of the Traders Team by supervising and motivating staff, ensuring work is carried out accurately and efficiently at all times.
Ensure compliance, accurate record‐keeping and timely delivery of client work.
Improve systems, processes and client interactions within the organization.
Qualifications
Experience as an accounts supervisor or senior accountant.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and business enterprise operations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lead a small team and implement process improvements.
