JOB TITLE: Teaching Assistant SEND Level 2
GRADE/SALARY: Grade E, Points 4-6 (: Salary: £25,185 to £25,989 (FTE)
Actual Salary £19,815 to £20,448 (pro rata)
HOURS: 34 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 inset days)
Hours of Work:
Mon: 8.40am-4.30pm (Training)
Tue: 8.40am-3.50pm
Wed: 8.40am-4.30pm (Training)
Thu & Fri: 8.40am-3.30pm
Due to the growth of the school, We have an exciting opportunity for skilled and motivated individuals to be part of the team at Daventry Hill School.
Daventry Hill School is a specialist school which caters for the needs of over 230 pupils from the ages of 4 to 18. Our fantastic pupils have a wide range of needs including PMLD, SLD, MLD and complex learning difficulties; with additional needs such as ASD and SLCN.
The school has undertaken a significant transitional phase, recognised by Ofsted, and benefits from a committed leadership team with a very clear and strong vision for school improvement. The school achieved great success by winning the SEND School of the Year, Headteacher of the Year and overall School of the Year at the Northamptonshire Education Awards.
Duties will include:
