We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food, and a comprehensive understanding of food safety and management practices, ensure high standards of service, and contribute to the overall success of our Pub. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for maintaining efficient kitchen workflows, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimise profitability.

Experience:
