The Office Administrator role:

  • Assist all departments with daily administration tasks.
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors and clients, including hospitality.
  • Answer calls, emails, and handle post.
  • Plan and organise company events.
  • Maintain meeting rooms, offices, and kitchens.
  • Compile data and support general business requirements.
  • Order tools and equipment from suppliers (Supply Chain).
  • Manage and order office materials.
  • Organise courier shipments and track deliveries.
  • Support a safe working environment (Health & Safety).
  • Arrange employee travel including flights, rail and hotel bookings.

What you’ll need:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Flexible and proactive.
  • Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
