The HR Manager is a stand‑alone, hands‑on HR professional supporting a growing electrical manufacturing business. The role is the senior HR presence on site, working closely with a central corporate HR function in a fast‑paced environment. The role combines operational HR delivery, site‑level people leadership, and the implementation of corporate HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with group standards while tailoring approaches to the realities of a fast‑paced electrical manufacturing environment and embedding a strong performance culture. You will act as a trusted partner to site leadership, support a mixed shop‑floor and professional workforce, and collaborate with HR colleagues across other group sites to embed consistent people practices.

Required Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
- Proven experience in a stand‑alone or highly autonomous HR role
- Background within electrical manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical environments
- Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing cases independently
- Experience supporting shop‑floor and salaried employee populations
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and operational leaders
- Comfortable operating independently while working within corporate structures
- Experience working within a group, or multi‑site organisation
- Exposure to organisational growth, change, or integration
- Experience embedding corporate initiatives at site level
- HRIS experience
