Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Control plate work, XT1 pin checks, door preparation, cable making, fit Out (Stage 0)
- Leading and organising daily activities in the preparation area
- Ensure control plates, pins, doors, and cables are prepared to spec and on schedule
- Support team members with training and development
- Monitor quality and safety standards across all tasks
- Communicate effectively with production management and other departments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll need to join us as a Team Leader:
- Strong working knowledge of preparation processes
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Reliable, organised, and quality-focused
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and support others
- Competent with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word
