  • About &Dave

Guided by discovery, we reveal the joy in spaces and places, everywhere for everyone.

We craft bold, tangible brand worlds and campaigns across the built environment, shaping how real people experience real places.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer who balances strategic thinking first with exceptional hands-on craft.

You must be able to operate seamlessly at a strategic level, interpreting briefs, asking sharp questions, and translating overarching ideas into impactful visual systems.

From coming up with big ideas to crafting the kerning in your type, you take great care and pride in your work.

Working closely with our Creative Director and wider team, you will turn strategy into bold brand worlds across campaigns, art direction, digital, motion thinking, and AI integration, layering up an already brilliant team with energy, curiosity, and mischief.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interrogate brand strategy, bridging the gap between narrative concepts and visual expression.
  • Create and build scalable visual identity systems, campaigns, and digital touchpoints grounded in clear creative rationale.
  • Help direct photoshoots, spatial assets, and AI workflows, continually pushing and challenging creative codes within the built environment.
  • Work directly with clients from day one, presenting ideas with strategic clarity and building long-term creative trust.
  • Lead projects from discovery and conceptual development through to final delivery.
  • Mentor mid-weight and junior designers, helping them connect strategic thinking to their visual output.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Designer within a recognised branding or design agency.
  • Strategic intuition: an ability to understand audience, positioning and context, using those insights to drive informed design decisions.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end identity design, art direction, campaigns, and digital execution for complex brands.
  • Technical mastery in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, alongside confidence with directing motion and embracing emerging AI tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate why design decisions work strategically as well as visually.
  • A keen interest in spaces, places, and the built environment and how ideas change the way we feel and interact with a space.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working model based at our London Bridge studio.
  • Direct partnership with agency leadership and high visibility on key accounts.
  • High-impact projects that shape physical spaces and real-world experiences.
  • A supportive, curious, and collaborative studio culture.
