Lead, develop and maximise an outstanding sports and leisure operation at Dauntsey’s.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Sports Facilities and Commercial Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, development and commercial performance of our extensive sports facilities, including the Sports Centre, swimming pool, Swim School, sports hall, fitness suite, pitches and courts.

You will lead a dedicated team, maximise facility utilisation and income, develop exciting partnerships and programmes, and ensure an exceptional experience for pupils, community users and commercial partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sports, leisure or facilities manager who can combine strong operational leadership with commercial vision and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding sporting opportunities within a school environment.
