Are you energetic, customer-focused and passionate about sport, fitness and helping others?

We're looking for a motivated Recreation Assistant Apprentice to join our team and play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and professional environment for all users of our facilities.

You'll help supervise activities, set up sports equipment, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, support events and bookings, and deliver excellent customer service.

You'll also gain valuable experience in lifeguarding, first aid, health and safety, and facility operations, while supporting and encouraging our student lifeguard team.

As part of the role, you'll complete a Level 2 Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship, gaining industry-recognised qualifications including the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), Level 2 Swimming Teacher and Level 2 Fitness Instructor.

With a combination of on-the-job training, classroom learning and online study, this is an excellent opportunity to build the skills, confidence and qualifications needed for a successful career in the leisure industry.
