Role Description: This is a part-time on-site role for a QA & Office Administrator located in Barnham, Bognor Regis. The QA & Office Administrator will be responsible for quality control administration, document management, sales order processing & various internal projects.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of sales orders & purchase orders
- Providing support to logistics with dispatch requests to warehouse
- Assisting with keeping CRM & Finance systems updated
- Managing and maintaining sample feedback
- Assisting key departments with general filing, letters & administrative tasks
- Project work assigned by management
- Receive and direct inbound calls
- General administrative duties
- ISO 9001:2015 management administration
- Distributing updated ISO Certifications to customers & suppliers
- Completing Supplier set up forms
- Obtaining & maintaining REACH & Rohs certifications from suppliers
- Non-conformance administration
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a QA role, ideally managing ISO 9001: 2015 (desirable)
- High degree of attention to detail
- Highly motivated with a capability to organise a diverse workload
- Experience with Microsoft Office
