Due to continued growth and increased production demand, we are seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Operator to join our team at our Lisburn facility. You will play an important role in producing precision aerospace components to demanding standards, working with advanced equipment as part of a skilled and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate 3 & 5-axis CNC machining centres
  • Load and run proven CNC programs
  • Carry out tool changes and offsets as required
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Perform in-process inspection using measuring equipment (micrometres, verniers, gauges)
  • Ensure components meet strict tolerance and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work closely with programmers and quality personnel
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience operating CNC machines in a precision engineering environment
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Experience working to tight tolerances
  • Knowledge of measuring equipment and inspection processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good work ethic and team-focused attitude
Desirable (Not Essential)
  • Experience within the aerospace sector
  • Experience operating 5-axis machines
  • Experience operating CNC machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
  • Programming experience
  • Willingness to work shifts if required at premium rate

Location & Working Hours

Location: Lisburn, Northern Ireland

Hours: 40-hour basic week

Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
