DATTalent in London is seeking an experienced IT Service Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of IT service delivery across the client’s business, including UK and international locations. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership, driving automation, self-service and AI-assisted support to improve the user experience.
You’ll own the service delivery strategy, lead and develop the team, manage internal, MSP and supplier relationships, and report on SLAs and KPIs.
