We're recruiting a Senior MEP Revit Coordinator to join a specialist engineering business delivering cutting‑edge pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare and life sciences facilities across the UK. From state‑of‑the‑art cleanrooms and laboratories to complex sterile manufacturing environments, you'll play a key role in bringing highly technical projects to life. Working from concept through to completion, you'll be part of a collaborative multi‑disciplinary team, producing high‑quality coordinated MEP designs and ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest industry standards.
The Role You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Producing coordinated MEP models and construction information using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinating HVAC, heating, cooling, domestic water, drainage, containment and electrical services
- Developing and maintaining multidisciplinary 3D BIM models
- Producing schematic, detailed and installation‑ready drawings
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and BIM standards
- Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, project teams and clients to resolve design challenges and deliver coordinated solutions
About You:
- Relevant ONC qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong experience coordinating MEP services on construction or turnkey projects
- Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills
- Knowledge of BIM processes and standards
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratories or cleanroom environments (highly desirable)
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
