- M&E Planner – Liverpool
- Office-Based | Northwest & Yorkshire Projects
We’re looking for an experienced M&E Planner to join a friendly and supportive team based in Liverpool, working on a range of exciting schemes across the Northwest and Yorkshire.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–4 years’ planning experience who understands mechanical and electrical building services and wants to play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and coordinating M&E building services works across multiple projects.
- Working closely with Mechanical & Electrical teams to develop programmes and coordinate activities.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Monitoring progress against programmes and keeping schedules up to date.
- Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and site teams.
- Identifying clashes, delays and programme risks before they become problems.
- Producing progress reports and maintaining accurate planning documentation.
- What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in a planning role, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services.
- Experience using ASTA and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am–4:00pm
