Senior Electrical Designer We are seeking two Senior Electrical Designers to join our client’s team in the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure projects, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. As a Senior Electrical Designer, you will be responsible for producing concept and detailed designs, reports, and scopes of work across a range of challenging projects. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Role * Act as a Senior Electrical Designer across multiple projects, from early design stages to completion * Produce detailed electrical design drawings for power, lighting, and fire safety systems * Prepare electrical O&M models and documentation * Liaise closely with client engineers and project teams to ensure smooth delivery * Support a wide variety of projects within a framework agreement, contributing to 40+ projects each year About You To succeed as a Senior Electrical Designer, you’ll need: * 5+ years’ experience in electrical design (pharmaceutical sector preferred) * HNC or degree in engineering (preferred) * Strong knowledge of LV distribution, lighting, fire safety, security, and cabling systems * Understanding of CDM 2015 and UK construction projects * Proficiency in AutoCAD LT, Relux/Dialux, Trimble, and Navisworks (Revit desirable) * Strong collaboration and communication skills * Ability to obtain HORUS security clearance What’s on Offer * Competitive salary: £52,000 – £60,000 * Company pension scheme * Private health care * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Option to purchase up to 5 additional days leave * Hybrid working after probation (3 days on site) * Overtime opportunities * Death in Service benefit * Employee assistance programme * High street and online discounts * Recommend-a-friend bonus scheme
