We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation operating within a highly regulated, technical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service and supporting business operations across multiple functions.
This role would suit a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional with strong employee relations experience and a background in recruitment, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
The Role
- Leading recruitment and selection activities, attracting high-quality candidates aligned with business objectives
- Supporting the delivery of a professional HR service across the organisation
- Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies, and best practice
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Building strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders to support operational success
- Supporting audits and continuous improvement activities
- Assisting with performance review and objective-setting processes
- Supporting graduate development initiatives and international assignment arrangements
- Ensuring security and compliance processes are maintained
- Providing support and cover within the HR team as required
About You
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (CIPP qualification beneficial)
- Approximately 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Experience working within a technical, engineering, or regulated environment
- Strong employee relations experience and the ability to provide practical HR advice
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection, including competency-based interviewing
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with HR systems
- Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
