CAD Designer – Facade / Glazing Cheshire | £38,000–£50,000 | Full-time, Office-Based If you’re an experienced CAD Designer who wants consistent, well-structured work rather than constant firefighting, this role will suit you. We’re a long-standing facade/glazing business with steady workloads, realistic deadlines and a team that values accuracy over rushing. With a senior designer retiring, we’re looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position with proper technical input. What you’ll work on * Producing clear, accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for facade and glazing systems. * Interpreting architectural/engineering information and turning it into workable designs. * Developing and refining details — not just tracing or reworking templates. * Checking drawings for consistency, tolerances, compliance and buildability. * Working directly with engineers and the shop floor to resolve technical questions.
