The Role As Group Sales & Marketing Manager, you will sit on the senior leadership team and take full responsibility for shaping and executing DATIM\’s sales, commercial, and marketing strategies. You\’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, working closely with the Managing Director and wider business to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the sales team to hit revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to raise brand visibility.
• Strengthen relationships with key contractors, architects, and developers.
• Drive commercial excellence through pricing, contract negotiation, and account management.

About You

We\’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in sales and marketing, ideally within construction, Doorsets, Ironmongery, or related sectors. You\’ll combine commercial acumen with marketing flair, with the ability to:
