To work under the supervision of the Operations Director and alongside the Projects Team, as Project Manager for Multiroom projects, with the following responsibilities:
- Work alongside the relevant Sales Team leader for the project.
- Make revisions/amendments to the schedule and upload data for production status.
- Obtain costs for raw material and liaise with suppliers to meet our demands.
- Issue materials requisitions to the procurement team leader and assist with purchasing as required.
- Update production schedules including all up-to-date costings.
- Liaise with site teams for call-off requirements and any delivery restrictions, and report to the Dispatch team leader (Doorsets).
- Raise internal production files for the manufacturer and hand them over to the Production Manager.
- Raise the necessary picking and delivery paperwork as required.
- Compile and update a contract statement throughout the duration of the project.
- Handle site variations/late design changes.
- Update the production planner with live projects.
- Final check Doorset estimators' schedule prior to issuing to Rep for sending to check spec compliance.
- Attend weekly production meeting & lockdown meeting.
