We are now seeking a dynamic, results-driven Group Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy, strengthen our market presence, and drive the next stage of expansion.
As Group Sales & Marketing Manager, you will sit on the senior leadership team and take full responsibility for shaping and executing DATIM’s sales, commercial, and marketing strategies. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, working closely with the Managing Director and wider business to achieve ambitious growth targets.
You will:
- Lead and inspire the sales team to hit revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to raise brand visibility.
- Strengthen relationships with key contractors, architects, and developers.
- Drive commercial excellence through pricing, contract negotiation, and account management.
We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in sales and marketing, ideally within construction, Doorsets, Ironmongery, or related sectors. You’ll combine commercial acumen with marketing flair, with the ability to:
