We’re looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our busy Finance Team at Datel!
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing monthly management accounts and the month-end process
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Managing cash flow and working capital
- Monitoring project and contract performance
- Maintaining financial controls and compliance
- Supporting and developing the Assistant Management Accountant
What we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating financial information to non-finance teams
- Clear communicator who can build credibility with operational and senior stakeholders.
Experience within construction, civil engineering or a project/contract-based environment is desirable.
