Not every recruitment role is about filling jobs.
Some are about building something that changes how a business operates.
We're looking for someone to lead the next stage of our Talent Delivery function at
Data X Connect .
Initially, you'll be hands‑on.
Delivering retained and permanent assignments across the global data centre market, building relationships with consultants, clients and candidates, and helping establish what great delivery looks like.
But this role doesn't stop there.
You'll play a key part in designing and leading our Shared Talent Delivery Platform, bringing together people, technology, AI and global delivery partners to create a smarter, more scalable recruitment operation.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering high-quality recruitment assignments.
- Building delivery processes, playbooks and quality standards.
- Recruiting and developing future delivery team members.
- Working with AI and technology to improve efficiency.
- Helping shape the future operating model of the business.
- Eventually leading Talent Operations across multiple teams and delivery partners.
You'll probably be someone who
- Has experience in recruitment delivery, management or operations.
- Enjoys improving processes as much as making placements.
- Thinks commercially and loves solving problems.
- Wants to build something, not just maintain it.
- Gets excited by technology, automation and finding better ways of working.
This isn't an RPO role.
It isn't a traditional Delivery Manager position.
It's an opportunity to help build the future of one of the data centre industry's best‑known specialist recruitment businesses.
If you enjoy recruitment but want a role with genuine influence, strategy and long‑term progression, we'd love to have a conversation.
