We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a major data centre project in East London. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a world-class team driving one of the UK’s most technically advanced construction programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control project costs, budgets, and cash flow
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation
- Provide accurate forecasting, valuations, and cost reporting
- Support commercial strategy and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Collaborate with project and design teams to identify value engineering opportunities
- Report directly to the Commercial Manager / Project Director
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a commercial QS role
- Experience delivering Data Centre, Commercial or other complex build projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contract forms
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
