We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join leading main contractors delivering major hyperscale data centre projects in London, Denmark, Netherlands, and Germany. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a world-class team driving one of the UK’s most technically advanced construction programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control project costs, budgets, and cash flow
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation
- Provide accurate forecasting, valuations, and cost reporting
- Support commercial strategy and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Collaborate with project and design teams to identify value engineering opportunities
- Report directly to the Commercial Manager / Project Director
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a commercial QS role
- MEP experience
- Proven track record on large-scale construction or data centre projects (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contract forms
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
