We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of both CSA and MEP packages on a 230MW hyperscale data centre project in Norway. This is a critical leadership role on a major development, responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across one of Europe’s largest AI-driven infrastructure builds. Operating at this scale requires more than coordination, demanding true integration across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, ensuring seamless execution from concept through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integrated delivery of CSA and MEP packages across multiple phases and contractors
- Own the full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Drive programme, cost, and quality across a complex, high-value build
- Manage interfaces across all technical disciplines, ensuring alignment and coordination at every stage
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation and recovery strategies
- Lead contractor and consultant performance, ensuring accountability and delivery excellence
- Oversee commissioning strategy, including IST and system integration across critical systems
- Ensure best-in-class standards in health & safety, quality, and compliance
- Report into senior leadership, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, and performance
