We’re currently seeking Project Directors and Senior PMs to join a growing team in Finland.
- Drive Innovation: Propose and implement design changes that enhance cost efficiency, streamline construction, and elevate quality.
- Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with contracts managers, site engineers, and other discipline leads to ensure smooth information flow and project progress.
- Quality and Safety First:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in leading large teams, with significant experience on major projects (transferable projects to a data centre if no DC).
Commercial Insight: Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions that balance cost efficiency with quality and project timelines.
