This project is based on site in Norway. DataX are partnering with a hyperscale data centre developer delivering advanced, AI-driven infrastructure in northern Norway. We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning strategy and execution on a major 230MW hyperscale campus.
This role offers a career-changing opportunity to work at the forefront of hyperscale and AI data centre development.
- Lead the full commissioning lifecycle across electrical, mechanical, and integrated systems.
- Develop and manage L1–L5 commissioning plans, trackers, and readiness strategies.
- Coordinate commissioning activities from pre-commissioning through IST and RFS.
- Interface closely with Electrical, Mechanical, CSA, Controls, Vendors, and Client teams.
- Manage commissioning schedules, risks, and dependencies to support programme delivery.
- Oversee testing, witnessing, documentation, and handover to operations.
- Champion safety, quality, and best practice commissioning standards across site.
Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on data centre projects. Demonstrated experience leading Integrated Systems Testing (IST). Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and vendors in a live environment.
