A leading Tier 1 General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Build) to oversee the delivery of a £300m new build data centre in London. This is a high-profile, mission-critical project where your leadership will directly influence programme success, quality, and safety.

The position:
- Lead Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
- Oversee programme, budget, quality, and safety compliance
- Collaborate closely with MEP, commercial, planning, design, and commissioning teams
- Direct senior reports and multidisciplinary teams, fostering high-performance delivery
- Act as a strategic interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
