We’re supporting a major client-side team in Berlin and are looking for an experienced CSA Lead to help deliver a hyperscale 140MW data centre development. This role is suited to a highly capable CSA professional with a strong background in large-scale data centre or mission-critical environments, and a proven ability to drive delivery from early construction phases through to commissioning and project completion. This is a high-profile, client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently lead contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The Role

As CSA Lead, you will take ownership of all civil, structural, and architectural packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the wider project team, you will coordinate across design, construction, commercial, and commissioning functions to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all CSA-related project activities on-site
  • Manage contractors and supply chain performance to drive programme delivery
  • Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams
  • Review technical submissions and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Support programme management, risk mitigation, and reporting
  • Drive quality assurance and health & safety standards across all works
  • Work closely with consultants, stakeholders, and delivery teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as a CSA Lead / CSA Manager / Construction Lead on major projects
  • Proven data centre or mission-critical project delivery experience
  • Experience overseeing projects through the full lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder and contractor management capability
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
