This role is based on site in Norway. DataX are partnering with a hyperscale data centre developer delivering advanced AI-driven infrastructure in northern Norway. Due to project expansion, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical electrical systems on a major 230MW hyperscale campus. This role offers a career-changing opportunity to work at the forefront of hyperscale and AI data centre development. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical systems including HV/LV, UPS, generators, and power distribution
- Coordinate electrical works from design review through construction, commissioning, IST, and handover
- Interface with Mechanical, CSA, Controls, and Commissioning teams
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections, testing, and documentation
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to hyperscale standards
Key Requirements
- Proven experience on data centre or mission-critical projects
- Strong technical knowledge of HV/LV infrastructure, UPS, and backup power systems
- Experience managing contractors and complex site interfaces
- Client-side or hyperscale developer experience advantageous
- Fluent English required
