Our client is a leading international engineering contractor delivering complex, high-value projects across Europe, the UK, and Ireland. Due to continued growth within their Critical Infrastructure division, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of a hyperscale data centre project based in Groningen, Netherlands.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, technically challenging environment, working on mission-critical infrastructure within one of Europe’s most active data centre markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of electrical works, ensuring all safety, quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and client stakeholders throughout installation and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project progress, procurement activities, labour requirements, and key project risks, proactively resolving issues to avoid delays.
  • Chair site meetings, provide regular progress reporting, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards, QA/QC procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities through to final handover.
Candidate Requirements
  • Trade or degree qualified in an Electrical discipline.
  • Proven experience within the electrical contracting sector, including a minimum of 8 years in a construction or project management role.
  • Previous experience delivering data centre projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills within fast-track construction environments.
